US Youth Soccer, the largest youth sport organization in the country, is on a mission to provide world-class support, resources, and leadership, helping every member fulfill their goals on and off the field of play. US Youth Soccer registers nearly 2.5 million players annually. Through its programming, resources, and leadership, US Youth Soccer is advancing the game for its 54 Member State Associations, 10,000 clubs and leagues and nearly 1 million administrators, coaches, and volunteers. EDP Premier Divisions are for mid to high level teams suited to a regional model. Teams are bracketed appropriately based on competitive level with travel distances being slightly longer in order to play the most suitable teams for development. EDP Championship Divisions are more localized models. The travel is less as teams compete with similar level opponents inside a smaller radius. The league finds coaches, players and parents who value a good balance of appropriate competitive level and sensible travel prefer to play in this environment. Promotion and relegation takes place within both levels as they look to find the optimal competition for each team.

The Mission Statement of the Northern Counties Soccer Association is to allow development of youth soccer players. This is done by providing and administering a schedule of matches among our member clubs and by promoting the sport and a creating a passion for soccer in keeping with the motto, "Enjoy The Beautiful Game".

• Provide and administer Youth (19 and under) Soccer programs at all levels of play and for both genders.
• Promote the development of soccer excellence for all players, through competition and training programs.
• Communicate with and assist our member clubs to promote soccer among its constituents and to the public in general.
• Help to train and mentor all coaches in our league.
• Educate member clubs, coaches, administrators and players' families through our outreach program.
• Strive to provide the best referee program possible to support fair play in our league.
• Comply with state and federal requirements for operation as a non-profit corporation.

 EDP Futures League is for players taking their first steps into organized league play. The format is 7v7 and the brackets are organized by geography first and competitive level within that geography. Futures festivals is our grassroots program where U7-U8 teams can come together, in an unpressurized environment, and learn the beautiful game.
